Know-How/ As the chief brain-trust of Lighthouse Marketing LLC, Bob Howards brings both a focused drive to grow his clients’ businesses plus the extensive experience to make it happen. In addition to his natural love of marketing promotions, he attributes his success to dozens of years in senior level positions with great agencies and working with exciting brands such as Burger King and Seven Up. With far-reaching knowledge of Face2Face™ Mobile Marketing, driving considerated purchases, Bob has created national programs such as GlaxoSmithKline’s “Quit Smoking” tie-in with NASCAR. As one of the ‘architects of value pricing’, Bob helped establish Taco Bell’s value positioning, an industry first. As one of the ‘pioneers of children’s marketing’, Bob spearheaded the launch of Burger King’s kids program.

Obsession/ Bob keeps the light shining brightly as the marketer of marketers by creating brandable programs that achieve measurably great goals and empowering his team members to do extraordinary work. His marketing insight has earned several of PMAA Reggie Awards but the most rewarding experience comes from the clients’ shelves emptying, websites clicking through, phones ringing, plus average checks and sales increasing.

Ron Weinstock

Know-How/ For almost 25 years, Ron Weinstock has been a leader in marketing and business planning having worked on both the client and agency side.  Prior to Lighthouse Marketing, Ron grew his multi-division agency to over 45 employees. Ron held multiple senior level positions, including being invited as a key Vice President on PepsiCo/Pizza Hut’s ‘sales turnaround team’, where he helped launch the Personal Pan Pizza. Working with dozens of companies specializing in turnarounds, Ron has contributed to hundreds of millions of dollars in clients’ sales and gains in market share.

Obsession/ As the consummate "idea man", Ron not only creates results himself, but can also bring out the best concepts in others. Ron is known to shine a light on fresh creative ideas by applying disciplines from one industry to another and creatively stretching marketing dollars for clients such as Cendant, Uncle Ben’s, Friendly’s, La Salsa, Jenny Craig, Canon, DreamWorks, Sony and more.
